About The Adam Project Movie (2022)
This Netflix original combines science fiction and action adventure into a 106-minute cinematic cocktail. Adam (Walker Scobell), a 12-year-old boy, is mourning the death of his father (Mark Ruffalo), with teenage angst, isolation, and fights defining his day.
One evening, his ritual is disrupted by a loud boom in the neighborhood. Upon closer inspection, he discovers a man (Ryan Reynolds) who appears to be familiar with his father's garage and bears the same scar as him. It doesn't take long for him to realize that the mysterious man is his future self, who has grown into a time-traveling fighter pilot.
Despite the fact that they don't seem to like each other, they join forces on an ambitious mission to save the future. The team's third musketeer could be their late father.
