The Galaxy F23 5G has a 6.6-inch Full HD+ LCD display with a 120Hz screen refresh rate and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection on the front. The phone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G, an octa-core processor built on an 8nm fabrication process that has two Cortex-A77 cores clocked at 2.2GHz and six Cortex-A55 cores clocked at 1.8GHz. The SoC is equipped with an Adreno Adreno 619 GPU. In India, the chipset also supports 12 5G bands.

The Galaxy F23 5G has a triple rear camera setup that includes a 50MP main camera, an 8MP 123-degree ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 2MP macro sensor. An 8MP camera on the front handles selfies and video calls. The phone also has a voice focus feature that is supposed to pick up clean voice from recordings.

The phone is powered by a 5,000mAh battery on the inside, which is supported by a 25W fast charger. However, Samsung is dropping the in-box charger for this device, so you'll have to buy it separately. Other device features include a 3.5mm headphone jack, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, face unlock, a single-take feature on the camera, power cool technology, and the AltZ feature. The phone runs on Android 12 out of the box, and the company has promised two years of software support.
