The Galaxy F23 5G has a 6.6-inch Full HD+ LCD display with a 120Hz screen refresh rate and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection on the front. The phone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G, an octa-core processor built on an 8nm fabrication process that has two Cortex-A77 cores clocked at 2.2GHz and six Cortex-A55 cores clocked at 1.8GHz. The SoC is equipped with an Adreno Adreno 619 GPU. In India, the chipset also supports 12 5G bands.
The Galaxy F23 5G has a triple rear camera setup that includes a 50MP main camera, an 8MP 123-degree ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 2MP macro sensor. An 8MP camera on the front handles selfies and video calls. The phone also has a voice focus feature that is supposed to pick up clean voice from recordings.
The phone is powered by a 5,000mAh battery on the inside, which is supported by a 25W fast charger. The phone runs on Android 12 out of the box, and the company has promised two years of software support.
